CAGrAM Southwest felicitates with President’s ADC, Lt Colonel Yusuf on his birthday

A group under the aegis of Consolidated APC Grassroots Movement (CAGRAM) SouthWest Zone, under the leadership of Hon. Kolawole Okedara, has felicitated with the President Bola Tinubu’s Aide-De-Camp (ADC), Lt Colonel Nurudeen Yusuf, on the occasion of his birthday.
The group, in a congratulatory message made available to journalists on Thursday, said that Lt Colonel Yusuf, who would be marking his birthday on Friday, is a dedicated military personnel who has devoted his life to protecting and serving the nation as the president’s ADC.
” We celebrate Lt Colonel Yusuf’s birthday, we honour his unwavering commitment, bravery, and selflessness.
He noted that Yusuf’s remarkable journey in the military has been defined by courage, perseverance, and an unshakeable dedication to duty.
According to the group leader, the fine military man has demonstrated exceptional leadership, earning the respect and admiration of comrades and superiors alike.
“As Yusuf celebrates another year of life, we joined his family members, the presidency, and well-wishers to rejoice with him. May this special day be filled with love, laughter, and well-deserved celebration”, he prayed.
He noted that the military officer was elected as the Elemona of Ilemona land in the Oyun local government area of Kwara state.
“The community’s kingmakers chose Lt. Col. Yusuf as their traditional ruler, citing his kindness and humanitarian gestures to the community.
After due authorization from the Nigerian Army and approval from the Kwara State Governor and Traditional Council of Chiefs, Lt Col. Yusuf was presented with his staff of office by Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq on July 13, 2024.
As the Elemona of Ilemona land, Oba Nurudeen Alowonle Yusuf, Fiwadade Ilufemiloye Oyekanmi II, appointed a regent to manage the throne until he retired from active military service.
This unique blend of traditional and military leadership marks a chapter in Ilemona’s history, with the President’s ADC set to serve his community in a new capacity.
