YALI Network Nigeria announces new national leadership to drive youth transformation

YALI Network Nigeria has officially announced the emergence of its newly elected national leadership, signaling a renewed phase of youth-driven transformation, inclusive engagement, and strategic impact across the country.
Following a transparent and participatory selection process, the Network unveiled Amb. Rabihat Omotoyosi Rabiu as National Head and Amb. Yahaya Saleh Muhammad as National Secretary.
Their emergence reflects the collective confidence of members nationwide in their vision, integrity, and capacity to steer the organization toward greater achievements.
The leadership transition marks a significant milestone for the network, which operates under the broader vision of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), a flagship program designed to empower young African leaders through training, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
As National Head, Amb. Rabihat Omotoyosi Rabiu is expected to provide visionary direction and strategic oversight for the network’s activities nationwide.
Her leadership is anchored on youth empowerment, inclusivity, and strengthening cohesion among members across Nigeria’s diverse regions.
She has pledged to deepen collaboration, expand opportunities for members, and position the network as a stronger voice in national development conversations.
In his role as National Secretary, Amb. Yahaya Saleh Muhammad will oversee strategic coordination and administrative functions, ensuring operational efficiency and effective communication across state chapters.
Known for his passion for youth development and community impact, he is poised to strengthen internal systems and foster synergy among members and partners.
Under the new leadership, YALI Network Nigeria aims to intensify its focus on youth leadership development, civic engagement, entrepreneurship, innovation, and policy advocacy.
The network also plans to strengthen partnerships with public and private sector stakeholders to advance sustainable development goals and amplify the contributions of Nigerian youth to national progress.
