Why do people attack Primate Ayodele’s prophecies?

By Isaac Abayomi
A man who is on top is always a topic, and that is why people constantly pay attention to the prophecies of Primate Elijah Ayodele.
Primate Ayodele is a renowned prophet, a servant of the Most High God, and the founder of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Lagos, Nigeria.
Primate Ayodele speaks to the ruling party and also to the opposition. He is a prophet who foretells the future accurately, and his prophecies come to pass exactly as he declares them.
He is one of the few prophets in Nigeria who has the boldness to speak to politicians—be they presidents, governors, or senators. He does not shy away from speaking the truth, regardless of status.
Some people in the opposition believe that Ayodele belongs to the All Progressives Congress (APC) whenever his prophecies do not favour them.
Likewise, when his prophecies favour the opposition, members of the ruling party accuse him of supporting the opposition.
However, the Bible teaches us that there is only one God whom we serve. The same God who spoke to the Philistines also spoke to the Israelites. The God who spoke to Esau was the same God who spoke to Jacob. The God who spoke to Cain was the same God who spoke to Abel. So why this judgment?
Once it is a prophecy, God can send His message even to an enemy. When God sent Jonah to Nineveh and he initially refused, we saw how God dealt with him.
Therefore, neither the ADC nor the ruling party should place blame on Primate Ayodele, because he simply delivers the message of God to everyone.
There is no need for complaints. The same Primate Ayodele who prophesies to Islamic nations also prophesies to Christian nations. Why then should anyone insist that he should speak only to Christian nations?
This is the truth I discovered in my investigation into Primate Ayodele’s prophecies—why some people twist his messages and why others call him different names.
It is because he is gaining prophetic momentum. Even from the Ibadan Expressway, Pastor Adeboye still speaks about his prophecies. If his prophecies were not important, they would not be taken seriously.
