Tapping into joy: Champion Breweries brings festival cheer to AFENDIA on Sunday

As the Winners' tasks management to extend the weekly Promo till December

Champion breweries will, in its now weekly One Bar Take Over event tagged “Drink, Win, Celebrate” Promo, splash gifts to its loyal consumers while enjoying their beverages come Sunday, 28th September 2025, at the popular AFENDIA Bar, Uyo and SouthHills Hotel and Suites , GRA Ikot Ekpene, all in Àkwa Ibom State

The double event going on simultaneously in both cities to thrill customers and consumers of Champion Brand will witness entertainment and fun from renowned artists and comedians, with other side attractions.

Consumers and lovers of the champion brand in Uyo and Ikot Ekpene are encouraged to turn up in large numbers, participate, and spread the excitement as the brewery continues to give out various gifts to its consumers in Uyo and Ikot Ekpene this year in appreciation of their unparalleled loyalty and support.

According to the management, in a press statement made available to journalists
“This highly anticipated event promises a fun-filled experience where consumers can win amazing prizes simply by enjoying their favourite Champion brands with family, friends and colleagues.

“The mechanics are simple: Drink just two (2) bottles of any Champion brand and get a raffle ticket for a chance to win fantastic prizes. Those who pick up from one create up get instant recognition and gifts.

The statement further highlighted that Prizes up for grabs include: T-shirts, Face Caps, Umbrellas, Chickens, Bags of Rice, Cooking Oil and Tomato Paste, Indomie noodles and other amazing prizes.

Meanwhile, several winners at the just concluded One Bar Take Over at the State Secretariat Cluster Market have expressed deep-seated gratitude to the management of the brewery for another wonderful outing.

Most of them who were filled with joy when they were given their various prizes, which include bags of rice, cartons of Indomie noodles, live chickens and branded T-shirts, umbrellas and other gifts, pleaded with the company to extend the ongoing Promo till December.

” We have never had it this good in the state weekly. This is simply amazing”, Mr Keeceey Obiora, who won several prizes at the cluster market show, told journalists.

Mr Ime Okon, on his own, described the ongoing Promo as massive and should be sustained till the new year. “We are already in ember months, this is a period of joy and celebration, champion breweries should sustain this joy to their consumers till the new year,” he added.

On her own, Miss Imaobong Kennedy said, ” Sundays are now for champion breweries show after church service” while smiling home with her big broiler chicken won after taking two bottles of champ malta.
