RCCG Region 2 holds mega rally, in pursuit of vision 2032 of winning over 40m soul

As part of efforts, to  achieve the Vision 2032 initiative spearheaded by the General Overseer, Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, of growing the church’s membership to 40 million, Region 2 (Overcomers Family), held rally in Agege area of Lagos.

The  vision targets growing the church’s membership to 40 million by implementing an expansive growth model, establishing 400,000 units with 100 members each across Nigeria through parish planting, upgrading existing parishes, and leveraging mobile churches.

The rally which commenced from the Region 2 headquarters, through Pen Cinema bridge to Fagba /Iju of over five miles walk.

Speaking on the event, Assistant Pastor of the Region, Mrs. Jumoke Wale-Sebiomo, said that the activities was focused on winning souls to the kingdom of God and preaching the gospel through evangelism by sharing handbills,  flyers to everyone that could be reached .

She further said: “Our business as a church is to promote the kingdom of God. Despite the fact that RCCG is the fastest-growing church, it is the vision of the General Overseer, Daddy Adeboye, that by 2032, which is eight years from now, the church will have 40 million souls in the Redeemed Christian Church of God.”

Another minister, Pastor Mrs. Adebukola Braimoh, emphasized that the quest to increase the church’s membership to 40 million is achievable through evangelism.

“We want many people to give their lives to Christ and experience the beauty of the gospel of Jesus Christ,” she prayed.

The rally also had live band performance by the amazing church band dishing out amazing and soul lifting music all through the rally .

The RCCG is a holiness pentecostal megachurch, with presence in more than 190 countries of the world and more than 5 million members in Nigeria alone.

It  is one of the biggest church denominations in the world.
