Ayuba urges Nigerians to support Tinubu, endorses CAGRAM Southwest Mega Summit

A member of the House of Representatives representing Alimosho Federal Constituency, Ganiyu Adele Ayuba, popularly known as Mayor K.K., has expressed confidence that the policies and reforms being implemented by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will ultimately secure the President’s victory in the 2027 general elections.

The lawmaker remarked while receiving a delegation of the Consolidated APC Grassroots Movement (CAGRAM), South West zone, who paid him a courtesy visit to seek his support for the forthcoming CAGRAM South West Mega Summit.

Ayuba noted that although some of the reforms introduced by the Tinubu administration may appear challenging in the short term, they are necessary steps aimed at repositioning the nation’s economy and ensuring sustainable development.

According to him, Nigerians should remain patient and supportive of the current administration, stressing that the impact of the policies would soon begin to reflect positively in the lives of citizens.

He expressed optimism that once the full benefits of the reforms become evident, Nigerians would appreciate the administration’s efforts and reward the President with continued support in the 2027 elections.

The lawmaker also pledged his support for the planned CAGRAM South West Mega Summit, describing the initiative as a vital platform for grassroots mobilisation and engagement across the region.

He commended the leadership of the Consolidated APC Grassroots Movement for its commitment to strengthening the support base of the ruling party and fostering unity among members and stakeholders.

Earlier, the National Chairman, South West of CAGRAM, Okedara Kolawole, said the visit was part of ongoing consultations with key stakeholders to mobilise support for the forthcoming summit.

Kolawole explained that the CAGRAM South West Mega Summit is aimed at bringing together party leaders, grassroots mobilisers and supporters to deliberate on strategies for strengthening the ruling party and promoting development within the region.

He added that the summit would also provide an opportunity to highlight the achievements and policy direction of the Tinubu administration while strengthening grassroots political participation.

The CAGRAM leader was accompanied on the visit by the Secretary, Media/Branding Committee of the South West Mega Summit, Rev. Stanley Ihedigbo; Chairman of Ikotun–Igando Local Council Development Area CAGRAM, Raji Olatunji Kamilu; and Chairman of Ward G (Akesan–Obadore Ward) CAGRAM, Kolade Okiki Ayantobi.

During the meeting, the delegation emphasised the importance of collaboration between elected representatives and grassroots political movements in strengthening democratic participation and ensuring the success of future political engagements in the South-West.

They also expressed appreciation to the lawmaker for his warm reception and willingness to support the planned summit, which they described as a strategic gathering aimed at consolidating grassroots support and promoting unity within the party across the region.
