APC Deputy National Chairman (South), Nwoye appoints Hon. Ginika Tor as Principal Liaison Officer

All Progressive Congress (APC), Deputy National Chairman (South), Dr. Benjamin Obiora Nwoye, has appointed Hon. Ginika Florence Tor as his Principal Liaison Officer, in a strategic move aimed at strengthening his leadership team and enhancing party coordination across the southern regions of Nigeria.
The appointment, which takes immediate effect, reflects Dr. Nwoye’s vision of building a dynamic and inclusive leadership structure that draws on the experience of seasoned administrators and grassroots mobilizers to advance the All Progressives Congress (APC) agenda.
The role will cover critical liaison and coordination across the South East, South-South, South-West, and nationally.
Hon. Ginika Tor, a distinguished leader from Enugu State, brings an extensive background in public service to her new role. She previously served as a Federal Commissioner representing Enugu State at the Federal Character Commission, where she championed equitable representation and resource allocation.
