As families across Nigeria prepare for the commencement of a new academic session, leading dairy brand, Peak Milk, from FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria Plc, has unveiled its 2026 “Peak Love Back-to-School” campaign, designed to support parents and celebrate the love, care and preparation that go into getting children ready for school.

The campaign, which commenced on August 17, 2026, is rolling out across selected retail and consumer touchpoints nationwide, offering families opportunities to enjoy value-added rewards while preparing their children for the new school year.

For many Nigerian families, the back-to-school season represents more than the purchase of uniforms, textbooks, school bags and other educational materials. It is a period of renewed family routines, meal planning and preparation as parents seek to ensure that their children return to school confident, nourished and ready to face the demands of a new academic year.

Peak Milk said the “Peak Love Back-to-School” campaign was built around the insight that the back-to-school period provides parents with another opportunity to express love and support for their children.

From preparing a nourishing breakfast before school to packing lunchboxes and ensuring that children have the essential items they need throughout the school day, the brand noted that these everyday preparations represent important expressions of parental love.

According to Peak Milk, the campaign seeks to connect with this reality by supporting families during one of the most important periods on the family calendar.

As part of the campaign, Peak Milk is offering targeted shopper promotions across outlets nationwide, with school-relevant gift items, including water bottles and lunch flasks, available to consumers on qualifying purchases.

The campaign also features experiential activations across multiple consumer touchpoints, where shoppers have opportunities to participate in “Spin and Win” activities and stand a chance to win major prizes, including laptops, school bags and educational tablets.

Speaking on the initiative, Marketing Manager, Peak, Omolara Banjoko, said the back-to-school period was a significant moment for families because it marked a fresh beginning for children and another chapter in their development.

“The back-to-school season is a crucial time for families because it represents a fresh start for children and a new chapter in their growth. Parents put considerable effort into ensuring their children are ready, from what they eat before school to the things they need throughout the day,” she said.

Banjoko explained that Peak Milk was using the campaign to support parents while celebrating the commitment and love behind their preparations.

“At Peak, we want to support parents in this process and celebrate the love behind their preparation as they begin another school year, while creating opportunities for them to enjoy more value from Peak,” she added.

The campaign is expected to engage shoppers and families through a combination of retail promotions and experiential activities across selected locations nationwide throughout the back-to-school season.

Also speaking, Brand Manager, Peak, Boluwatife Ayano, said the campaign was designed to reflect the realities of Nigerian families as they prepare their children for the new academic session.

According to Ayano, the initiative provides consumers with additional reasons to interact with the brand while creating memorable experiences around the back-to-school period.

“Getting children ready for school takes planning, commitment, and a lot of support from parents. This year’s campaign reflects that reality while giving families something to look forward to,” Ayano said.

She added that the brand was bringing the campaign to life through different consumer touchpoints, ranging from in-store rewards to interactive experiences.

“From rewarding shoppers in-store to creating experiences where families can engage with Peak, we are bringing the campaign to life across different touchpoints.

We want Peak to be part of the preparation that helps families start the new school year with confidence,” she said.

The 2026 “Peak Love Back-to-School” campaign further reinforces Peak Milk’s positioning around family nourishment and its engagement with Nigerian households, particularly during important moments in the family calendar.

For parents, the beginning of a new school year often comes with significant financial and logistical demands, as families balance school fees, uniforms, books, transportation, meals and other essential needs.

Against this backdrop, Peak Milk said the campaign is intended to add value to the shopping experience while recognising parents for the efforts they make to prepare their children for academic and personal growth.

The brand is also using the campaign to draw attention to the importance of starting the school day with a nourishing breakfast, positioning breakfast as an important part of helping children begin their day prepared for learning and other school activities.

With the new academic session approaching, families are expected to continue their preparations across the country, from shopping for school supplies to establishing routines that will help children settle into the new term.

Through the “Peak Love Back-to-School” campaign, Peak Milk is seeking to become part of that preparation by combining family-focused messaging with consumer rewards and experiential engagement.

The campaign’s central message is a celebration of the everyday acts of love through which parents support their children, from the breakfast served at home to the lunch packed for school and the preparations made to ensure that children return to class with confidence.

As families embrace the new academic year, Peak Milk is encouraging parents to continue to prepare, nourish and support their children with love.

The campaign concludes with the brand’s message: “A Peak breakfast is Peak love.”
