Why  Nigerian Judiciary become toxic topic: Focus on September ‘PEPT ‘ judgement

Every society has their own way of settling disputes arising from disagreements ,differences and contradictions in  the courses of human interactions. This arrangement was not introduced through colonialism ; its has been there before the colonial interruption.

It has to be noted that the present judiciary, as practised in post colonial societies – in Africa and other climes , are  legacies of colonialism; which conflicts strategically with the indigenous judicial institutions ,that were dislocated and dislodged by the colonists ; in favour of colonial judicial setups, that were put in place to serve colonial agenda , programmes and purposes, in total disregard for ,and complete disrespect to  the indigenous people; and  lack of consideration for the  alternative dispute resolution arrangements of the colonized societies.

What is colonization ? Colonization is the criminal act of invading the territories of societies with gun and knife ,and forcing them to surrender the control of their territories , territorial administration and resources to them , whether they liked  it or not ; or on the condition of ‘ you either submit to our rule or you will be killed’ .

The judiciary in this situation was setup to enforce the criminal agenda and  intentions of the colonial invaders in the victims’  territories; in  order to use such to steal and transfer the resources of the colonized societies to the home  countries of the colonial invaders.

There is no difference between slavery and colonialism. What is the difference between an armed robber and a  murderous kidnapper ?

Two of them can kill to take away what does not belong to them, if the owner resists them .That is what colonialism  and slavery are .

Colonialism is a reformed name for slavery .The two concepts  were designed to steal ,kill and destroy in the colonized societies ;of anyone who obstructs their colonial activities of plundering in the colonized climes.

That is what is going on in Nigeria ,and wider African continent. This of course in collaboration with the so called  presidents and leaders that emerge through a criminalized military or democratic processes ,that were customized, to throw up criminal elements as leaders ,that require a corrupt judiciary like the Nigerian judiciary to validate and authentic stolen mandates ,in cooperation with their  foreign criminal partners and governments that are always ready and willing to give them international recognitions and acceptability ; including the red carpet treatments and receptions, they are ever ready to accord them through inviting them to their countries.

But the duration of this aberration depends on how long ,the affected societies are willing to allow the  corrupt  judiciary to impose misfits on them as leaders .

The 2023 presidential election that was clearly won by Peter Obi – the Labour Party Presidential Candidate,  is a  contest between nationalism and  criminality by  managers of public institutions in Nigeria; in this context ,INEC’s   Chairman and  Nigerian judiciary including the PEPT .

A corrupt judiciary is demarketing itself ,and working towards disbandment ; to the extent that ,when something has lost its utility ,the next reference to accord such is uselessness.

It means for a society to move forward ,the corrupt judiciary must give way ,depending squarely on the will of the  people of such societies to bring about the change they badly needed .
