Soft launch of “Trippers: Tell our story project” kicks off nationwide

Soft launch of the Trippers by Bidaymi AMA LTD *Tell Our Story Project” has officially begun across all 36 states of Nigeria, including the Federal Capital Territory.

The project aims to document and promote Nigeria’s diverse tourism potential, cultural heritage, and local stories through immersive visual storytelling.

In Abeokuta, Ogun State, Adeyemi Oluwabunmi and his dedicated team, Mr. Gbolahon Azeez and Ms. Nkechi Grace, successfully carried out the soft launch of the project.

During this phase, major tourist attraction sites and significant historical structures across the city were captured using drone technology, offering a unique aerial perspective of Ogun’s rich heritage.

This first phase of the Ogun State coverage was self-funded, with generous financial support from Engr. Daramola Bunmi of Darabeson Technical Service (Ondo State).

The team plans to embark on Phase Two soon, which will include an Agritourism feature, a soft coverage of agricultural tourism sites across Ogun State, as part of ongoing research and storytelling initiatives.

In addition to this, Adeyemi Oluwabunmi has recently launched two research projects titled “Agritourism” and “Tears to Wealth,” which will be showcased in subsequent state launches, particularly in regions that align with these themes.

The Trippers: Tell Our Story Project represents a bold step toward preserving Nigeria’s cultural and environmental identity while promoting local tourism and community development.

The team is currently seeking sponsorship and partnerships to scale the project across more states, enabling continuous storytelling that highlights the beauty, resilience, and potential of Nigeria.
