Obi factors in 2023 election, emergent issues

2023 general election in Nigeria has taken place, but the contradictions that are weeds in the process have not been removed.

Instead ,we are hearing about realignments , decamping and merger with other parties.

None of these will help Labour Party (LP) to win in 2027. When I see people jumping from All Progressive Congress (APC) and People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to Labour Party, my attitude to this,  is to ask myself what they are coming to Labour Party to do.

Labour Party is a very strong party that has demonstrated that it has the capacity to pull down any obstacle to emerge as the winner of the 2023 presidential election.

What Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the Judiciary did to manipulate the results were  their business and headache as long as the earth endures.

What will make the 2027 election democratic and transparent is to work towards preventing the INEC and the Judiciary from participating in further and future elections in Nigeria; starting from the 2027 election. Anything short of that will be worse than what happened in 2023.

As an international relations scholar ,I can’t find any diplomatic word to make this statement more romantic.

For the second time ,INEC and the Judiciary are the two undemocratic public institutions that can cause another war in Nigeria ,with the way they interfered with the 2023 presidential election results.

So believing that they will change and become ‘Mr Innocents ‘in 2027 is purely a waste of time.

Those that know why Labour Party did this exploit in 2023, know where the strength of this great party lies.

Its strong and not built on gossip and propaganda. Those that have been sponsoring some people claiming to be Labour Party members to destroy Labour Party’ s power can’t succeeded because we know that they are featherweights ,that can’t remove a hair from Labour Party .

Let me at this point tell the OBIDIENTS, that I love all of you. You are sweet and great. Look at the vibrancy of Labour party campaign train ,its so infectious and captivating.

Let those who want to jump from APC and PDP stay in their parties, and rebuild their parties .

Labour party is already a beautiful bride ,the INEC and Judiciary can’t make it to look like a scarecrow ,because the makeup that made it so attractive is very strong and can’t be corrupted.

That is why the youths from the east ,west ,north and south of all the climes , love its flag bearer ,His Excellency, Peter Obi.
