Kenya set to host historic IFAJ 2025 congress, showcasing agricultural innovations

International Federation of Agricultural Journalists (IFAJ) 2025 Congress is set to make history as it comes to Nairobi, Kenya, from October 14 to 19, 2025.

The prestigious global gathering will bring together top agricultural journalists and communicators to explore the latest trends, innovations, and challenges in agricultural journalism.

Media for Environment, Science, Health, and Agriculture (MESHA) has launched the official IFAJ 2025 Congress website, providing a central hub for event details, registration, program updates, and insights into Kenya’s vibrant agricultural sector.

MESHA Chairman Bozo Jenje emphasized the significance of this event, stating that it will showcase Kenya’s thriving agriculture, sustainability efforts, and cultural richness.

With over 120 members, 50 of whom specialize in agriculture reporting, MESHA is well-positioned to host this global gathering.

The IFAJ 2025 Congress will feature immersive field tours, including visits to the Kenya Agricultural and Livestock Research Organization (KALRO) Coffee Research Institute, Nai’posha Dairy Farm, and Harcourt Farm Limited.

Delegates will also have the opportunity to explore Kenya’s dynamic agricultural sector and enjoy cultural experiences.
