Jubilation as Queen Anyaorgu rises to ASP in Nigeria Police

There was excitement and gratitude as Queen Anyaorgu officially rose to the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) in the Nigeria Police Force, marking a significant milestone in her years of dedicated service.

Anyaorgu, who has served across several key formations, began her policing career in Rivers State Command.

Over the years, she demonstrated commitment and professionalism, earning postings to notable units including the 46 Police Mobile Force (PMF) in Abuja and Base 9 Special Protection Unit (SPU) in Umuahia.

Her career journey also extends beyond Nigeria’s borders. In 2010, she was among the Nigerian contingent deployed for international peacekeeping operations in Darfur, where she contributed to global efforts aimed at restoring peace and stability in the conflict-ridden region.

Currently serving as a Crime Officer at Isheri Osun Police Station under the Lagos State Command, Anyaorgu has built a reputation for diligence and service excellence.

Her elevation to the rank of ASP is seen as a recognition of her hard work, discipline, and unwavering dedication to duty.

Reflecting on her journey, the newly promoted officer expressed gratitude, describing her promotion as a testament to perseverance and divine favour.
