ICLM inaugurates Lagos chapter, honours leaders with fellowship investiture

Institute of Corporate Leadership and Mentorship (ICLM) is set to deepen its national impact with the inauguration of its Lagos Chapter, a milestone event designed to advance ethical and transformational leadership across sectors in Nigeria.

According to the National President/Director-General of the institute, Apostle Dr. Emmanuel Eduongo, the ceremony, scheduled for Thursday, February 12, 2026, at Rockview Hotel, Festac Town, Lagos, will feature a Fellowship Investiture and Induction of New Members as part of activities marking the expansion of the institute’s leadership development footprint.

According to the Executive Management Committee of the institute, the event is themed “Advancing Visionary Leadership for Positive Impact and Organizational Growth.”

The organisers say the programme is designed to bring together seasoned professionals, emerging leaders, and stakeholders committed to promoting excellence in leadership, governance, and organisational management.

A major highlight of the occasion will be the conferment of the Leadership Excellence Award on selected distinguished personalities in recognition of their contributions to leadership, public service, and organisational development.

The organisers noted that the presence of special guests and honourees is expected to inspire new fellows and inductees while strengthening collaboration across sectors.

ICLM, now in its ninth year of operation, has continued to position itself as a multi-disciplinary platform promoting leadership, management, and entrepreneurial excellence.

The institute is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC No. 1427954) and is endorsed by the Federal Ministry of Education.
