Honour well-deserved: Flyzone boss recognized for contributions

Principal Executive of Flyzone Tourism, Mr. Awomoyi Ayodeji, has been honoured with a professional fellowship doctorate in Tourism Management Strategies and Entrepreneurship Sustainability by Ghana’s Chartered Institute of Public Resources Management and Politics.
This is coming barely five months after he was Honoured as ‘Ambassador’ by the ECOWAS Youth Council in appreciation of his dedication, hard work and diligence in the area of service to humanity and commendable works as an advocate and relentless crusader of promoting development of the African youth, in Lagos.
He was earlier also honoured as Akwaaba Travel Personality of the Year, and a member of the 100 Tourism Personality in Nigeria and a member of the 40 under 40 Nigeria in 2023.
Speaking on the sideline of the award ceremony held in Flyzone Tourism Visa Centre, Port Harcourt Mr Ayodeji said he was deeply humbled by the recognition while acknowledging the weight of responsibility that comes with it.
“To meet the expectations, I plan to continue delivering exceptional results, pushing beyond my limits, and using my platform to make a positive impact. I’ll also strive to inspire and mentor others, paying it forward and creating a ripple effect of excellence. Ultimately, I’m committed to being a worthy ambassador of this award and living up to the trust placed in me,” he added.
Mr Ayodeji has been working in the tourism industry for over 10 years and has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the business.
Over the past few years, Flyzone Tourism has successfully processed thousands of E.Visas and other travel products for more than 4900+ Travel Agencies in Nigeria.
