Gov. Makinde’s administration prioritizes road infrastructure development

Oyo State Government has reassured residents that its ongoing road rehabilitation efforts will be evenly distributed across the state.
Chairman of the Oyo State Road Maintenance Agency (OYSROMA), Mr. Raphael Ogunlade, made this promise while inspecting ongoing projects in Ibadan.
According to the Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Oyo State, Prince Dotun Oyelade, Ogunlade addressed concerns from residents in other zones, stating that Governor Seyi Makinde has committed to extending rehabilitation to all areas, including Oyo, Ogbomosho, and beyond.
The governor previously emphasized this at the Mobil-Akala road commissioning, urging residents to be patient as their convenience is his top priority.
The OYSROMA Chairman praised Governor Makinde for his dedication to providing Oyo State with the best road network and for supporting the agency’s efforts.
He also assured that damaged bridges will be reconstructed as directed by the governor.
