FENRAD to share expertise at Nigeria Socio-Ecological

Foundation for Environmental Rights, Advocacy & Development (FENRAD) is proud to announce its participation in the upcoming Nigeria Socio-Ecological Alternative Convergence, a landmark event organized by Health of Mother Earth Foundation (HOMEF) that brings together leading environmental activists, grassroots movements, policy influencers, and civil society organizations to advance just and sustainable ecological alternatives across Nigeria.

FENRAD’s Executive Director, Comrade Nelson Nnanna Nwafor, who doubles as the Southeast Zonal coordinator, Publish What You Pay (PWYP) Extractive Governance Network AND Climate Sustainable Network of Nigeria (CSDEVNET), will be attending the convergence and will share highlights on FENRAD’s socio-ecological interventions and community engagements across Southeast Nigeria.

He will spotlight the organization’s work in environmental justice, human rights, climate change advocacy, and community-based ecological governance.

Through its participation, FENRAD aims to foster stronger collaborations, contribute to policy dialogues, and promote inclusive strategies for a sustainable and socially equitable future.
