CONFIRMATION OF NAME: Some of my official documents carry Okon Ekong Akpan, Ekong Akpan, Israel Ekong Akpan, and ISRAEL-OKON EKONG AKPAN.
Therefore, this is to officially inform the general public that I am the same person, but henceforth my name should be known, addressed, and written as ISRAEL-OKON EKONG AKPAN. All former documents of mine with the above names remain valid. The general public should please take note.
