Award-winning Nigerian comedian, actor and writer, Bovi Ugboma, is set to bring his highly successful 2026 world tour, Bovi: Guilty as Charged, to a spectacular close with two major homecoming performances in Benin City and Lagos this October.

The Nigerian leg of the tour will kick off on October 1 in Benin City, before moving to Lagos for the grand finale on October 11 at the Convention Centre, Eko Hotel.

The homecoming performances follow a successful international tour that has seen Bovi take his comedy to audiences across the United Kingdom and Canada, with sold-out shows reinforcing his position as one of Africa’s leading stand-up comedians.

The tour began in the United Kingdom during the Easter period, where Bovi delivered a sold-out performance at Indigo at The O2 in London.

He subsequently took Guilty as Charged to Canada, performing in six cities, including Toronto, Calgary and Edmonton.

All six Canadian dates reportedly sold out, adding to an impressive year of international performances for the Nigerian entertainer.
With the overseas leg now completed, Bovi is returning to Nigeria for the final two dates of the tour, with Benin City serving as the opening stop of the homecoming stretch and Lagos providing the closing stage.
