APC youth stakeholders launch Grassroots Progressive Sustainability Movement in Lagos

As part of efforts to contribute to the development of the Grassroots and elect the right leaders, the All Progressive Congress (APC) youth stakeholders in Lagos State have launched the Grassroots Progressive Sustainability Movement (GPSM), to mark a significant milestone in the city’s journey towards sustainable development.
The movement, whose main objective was to drive positive change at the grassroots level, is expected to bring together stakeholders from various sectors to promote sustainable practices and community-driven initiatives.
According to the Conveners of the movement, Hon. Kolawole Okedara, and Ambassador Micheal Akanni, the movement seeks to provide solutions to help the party succeed in the next local government election.
To achieve this, the movement will interface with local government chairmen, councilors, and other stakeholders to assess ongoing projects and provide recommendations for improvement.
The movement’s focus on grassroots mobilization and solution-driven approach is expected to bring about a new era of progressive politics in Lagos.
With its emphasis on collective action and community engagement, the Grassroots Progressive Sustainability Movement is poised to make a meaningful impact on local governance.
