Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe has expressed his support for Governor Alex Otti’s second term bid, stating that he sees no stumbling blocks to the Governor’s re-election.

Abaribe, who represents Aba South Senatorial District, praised Governor Otti’s performance, particularly in infrastructure development in Aba.

Abaribe also expressed optimism that President Tinubu will release Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

He described President Tinubu as a listening leader and hoped that he would consider the advice of the Attorney General and others advocating for Kanu’s release.

Regarding President Tinubu’s Tax Reform bill, Abaribe stated that the South East Senators Forum will continue to negotiate and debate the bill, ensuring that it does not harm future generations.

He emphasized the need for careful consideration, as the bill will impact the South East region significantly.
