Bishop Falade to receive prestigious Mirror Excellence Award in Lagos

In recognition of his exceptional contributions to spiritual leadership, pastoral service, and community development, Bishop of Idanre Diocese, Methodist Church Nigeria, Rt. Rev. Dr. Matthew Adenipekun Falade (Ph.D, JP),has been named a recipient of the prestigious Mirror Newspaper Excellence Award for Heroes of Our Time.

The honour, conferred by The Mirror Newspaper, celebrates distinguished individuals whose dedication to service, leadership, and societal development has left a lasting impact on communities and institutions across Nigeria.

Rt. Rev. Falade’s emergence as an award recipient followed a rigorous selection process conducted by the newspaper’s Editorial Board, in collaboration with independent assessors, who carefully evaluated nominees based on their contributions to leadership, integrity, and societal transformation.

As Bishop of Idanre Diocese in Ondo State, Falade has consistently demonstrated exemplary leadership, fostering spiritual growth, unity, and development within the Methodist Church Nigeria and beyond.
