Growth momentum continues: Nestlé Nigeria reports strong 9-month results

Nestlé Nigeria is riding high on a wave of growth and profitability! Their nine-month results for 2025 show a remarkable 33% increase in revenue, reaching a whopping N884.5 billion.

This impressive topline growth has translated into a profit after tax of N72.5 billion, a stark contrast to the loss of N184.3 billion recorded in the same period last year.

According to the Corporate Communications Manager, Nestlé Nigeria, Victoria Uwadoka, the company’s operating profit grew by 63.6% to N181.3 billion, showcasing its operational excellence.

The Managing Director and CEO, Wassim Elhusseini, attributed the success to their robust fundamentals and dedication to operational excellence, stating, “Our dedication to operational excellence and robust fundamentals is producing the desired outcomes.”

Some key highlights from their results include: Revenue Growth: 33% increase, totaling N884.5 billion; Operating Profit: N181.3 billion, up 63.6% from N110.8 billion; Profit Before Tax: N127.9 billion, compared to a loss of N255.4 billion last year

Profit After Tax: N72.5 billion, turning around from a loss of N184.3 billion; Equity Position: Improved by N72.5 billion and Debt Management: Early payment of USD 20 million inter-group forex debt in Q3 2025.

Looking ahead, Elhusseini emphasized Nestlé Nigeria’s focus on enhancing margin management, accelerating business transformation, and investing in sustainable value creation for stakeholders.
