New Year: Lagos APC VC, Orelope, Lateef, preach unity, faith on Asiwaju, others

Vice- Chairman, Lagos West Senatorial All Progressive Congress (APC), Chief Babatunde Sunday Aboyade; APC Candidate Alimosho Constituency’01, Hon. Luqman Olatunji Orelope; and Supervisor for Sports and Youths, Egbe-Idimu Council, Hon. Ogungbade Olawale Lateef, have congratulated people of Alimosho and Lagos in general on the successful crossing over to the New Year.
In separate statements on weekend, they asked the people to remain committed to a peaceful, united and have faith on all the candidates of APC in the general elections, especially the Presidential candidate, Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu.
Aboyade assured all that the APC *RENEWED HOPE ’23* is the God’s ordained purposeful vehicle designed to take Nigeria to the Promised Land.
He enjoined the people everyone to keep faith with Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, as the Presidential and Governorship hopefuls through which the journey to the destination shall be fulfilled.
Orelope, urged the people to elect new set of Leaders and representatives across board.
“I humbly seek your votes to elect me to represent you at the Lagos State House of Assembly as your representative for Alimosho Constituency’01. I have with my team, prepared an ‘Agenda of Hope’ for the future which shall be unveiled soon.
“Voting for me alone is not the ultimate but to all the candidates of our dear party, the All Progressives Congress, starting from Asiwaju Tinubu as the President, re-electing Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwoolu and electing Dr. Idiat Adebule as our Senator, Hon. Ganiyu Ayuba as House of Representatives member,” he appealed.
Hon. Lateef, said he gave thank to Almighty Allah for his mercy and protection over the people and their families.
“I also want to thank those who had stood by us genuely in the Last 12 months, God allmighty will continue to be with you all. My special appreciation goes to friends for challenging us to continue to be pushing harder. I ruminate about my activities from the beginning of the year 2022 till date and I felt a proper self audit is required so as to evaluate our activities in the 2022 and to improve performance in the year 2023.
“The sssence is to look at each area of my life individually so that I don’t miss anything. Then, I dive into self-inquiry by asking myself thoughtful questions and journaling about what’s going on. Finally, I summarize everything I’ve learned from my life audit so that I have a clear and concise picture of my life to work from.
“This self audit Exercise has also thought me a great lesson about those relationship that needed to bring forward to the year 2023, and those who are to be dropped for a fruitful 2023”, he stated.
