Bishop Chidi Anthony blames government for rise in money rituals, vices

President, Pentecostal Ministers Forum of Nigeria, Bishop Chidi Anthony, has strongly blamed the government for its role in the rising cases of money rituals and other vices among Nigerian youths.

Speaking to journalists in Lagos, Bishop Anthony attributed the increase in criminal activities to government neglect and abandonment, which has left many young people feeling helpless and hopeless.

According to Bishop Anthony, the government’s failure to provide employment opportunities and empowerment programs has driven many youths to desperation, leading them to engage in criminal activities like “Yahoo Yahoo” and money rituals.

He emphasized that the problem must be addressed at its root, citing the need for effective management of the country’s resources to benefit the citizens.

Bishop Anthony commended Governor Soludo of Anambra State for taking bold action against fake native doctors and urged other governors to follow suit.

He also appealed to the government to create employment opportunities and empowerment programs for young people, while advising parents to be vigilant about their children’s activities.

As the Pentecostal Ministers Forum of Nigeria continues to advocate for the welfare of Nigerian youths, Bishop Anthony’s comments highlight the urgent need for government action to address the root causes of youth unemployment and empowerment.
