By implementing his blueprint, “ARISE AGENDA” which has enabled wise leaders to start studying UmoEnoism, he has laid the foundation for a new era of governance as a good technocrat.

Pastor Umo ENO’s illuminating presence shines in the dark corners of leadership like a Lighting projected by skilled Lighting Engineer, transforming the negativity often associated with darkness into the positivity that accompanies light.

He has harmonized the voices of leadership just like a professional Sound Engineer, elevating positive principles to the status of a national anthem.

Governor Umo ENO, acting as a proficient Power Engineer,and has revitalized the Institutes of Governance, ensuring they are vibrant and efficiency in delivering good governance to the people.

In his role like that of a skilled cosmetologist, he has moisturized the political environment and reshaped the mindset of political leaders to embrace a more inclusive form of leadership across political Party lines.

As a seasoned peace negotiator, he has fostered peace that unifies the entire Akwa Ibom people and Nigeria as a whole.

Governor Umo ENO, as a pharmacologist and professor of Toxicology, has initiated a detoxification process targeting bad Governance to alleviate acute toxic -related issues.

This effort involves purging toxic behaviors and harmful animosities prevalent in politics.

As a deliverance minister, he performs deliverance sessions for leaders, aiming to liberate them from demonic influences that lead them to act against the people they are meant to serve.

As an attitudinal therapist, Governor Umo Bassey Eno has undertaken the task of reorienting both politicians and the general public regarding the importance of eliminating cognitive behaviors that could impede the progress and development of the state.

The leader of Akwa Ibom State has put an end to oppressive governance, opened the door to equality in government, and welcomed participation from all political parties and practitioners in various sectors to contribute to his administration.

His leadership model effectively eliminates political blackmail and ingrains the principles of transparency and strong enthusiasm for productive teamwork into the very essence of leadership.

A few weeks ago, a savvy politician from the APC, Senator Ita Solomon Enang, commended Governor Umo Eno for promoting inclusive governance by consistently seeking inputs from individuals across party lines in the implementation of his development projects.

He expresses a specific instance where the Governor personally contacted him regarding a road project in a Local Government Area, seeking his sincere inputs.

The seasoned legislator emphasized that Governor Umo Eno views all Akwa Ibom people as part of his leadership and values contributions to the State’s development, regardless of their origin or political affiliations,

Furthermore, it is inefficient and economically wasteful when incoming leaders have to discard the projects of their predecessors and this Pastor Umo has crushed with a stone grinder.

Governor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State is widely regarded by numerous political figures and the public as a fair leader who embodies values of integrity, honesty, and fairness without prejudice.

He is considered an impartial leader who collaborates with various ethnic groups, including the Oros, not just the Ibibios and Annangs.

The Akwa Ibom Traditional Rulers Law, which had nearly plunged that institution into chaos, has been restored to order by Governor Umo ENO.
He has effectively eliminated factors that could fuel long-standing animosity by assigning respected traditional leaders to review the law, guaranteeing its fairness and acceptance among all ethnic groups.

The Governor is presently overseeing road construction projects in every Federal Constituency within the State, with one project underway in each Local Government Area.

He has established a platform for stakeholders in each local government to propose projects in a just and impartial way.

Governor Umo Eno’s impartiality is evident in his receptiveness to diverse perspectives and ideas.
