South West leader, Okedara, leads delegation to Osun, reinforces CAGraM, APC collaboration

National Vice Chairman, Consolidated APC Grassroots Movement (CAGraM) for the Southwest, Hon. Kolawole Okedara, has paid a strategic courtesy visit to the Osun State leadership of CAGraM and held an extensive consultative meeting with the top executives of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state.

The engagement, which took place at the APC Osun State Secretariat in Osogbo, brought together key party leaders committed to strengthening grassroots mobilisation and enhancing the party’s internal cohesion ahead of future political activities.

During the visit, Hon. Okedara met with the Osun State APC Chairman, Alh. Tajudeen Sooko, the APC State Secretary, Alh. Kamorudeen Lawal, the APC State Treasurer, Hon. Femi Ikujembola, the APC State Public Relations Officer, Hon. Wole Adunola, the APC State Youth Leader, Comrade Akinwemimo Olagoke, and the APC Assistant Welfare Officer, Engr. Abiola Ololade.

Hon. Okedara was accompanied by an influential CAGraM delegation, including the CAGraM Zonal Secretary (Southwest), Comrade Adeleke Olatunji, from Egbedore; the Osun CAGraM State Chairman, Hon. Adebayo Adetokunbo, from Ila; and the Osun CAGraM Deputy Chairman, Hon. Kolawole Sodiq, from Ife East Area Office.

Also present were the Osun CAGraM Senatorial Leader (Osun Central), Hon. Bidemi Lawal from Ifelodun; the Osun CAGraM State Welfare Officer, Hon. Bukola Ayantola, from Ifedayo; the Osun CAGraM State Director of ICT, Hon. Olagunju Kunle Samuel, from Olorunda; the Odo-Otin Local Government Chairman, Hon. Lawal Idowu Olanrewaju; and the Osogbo CAGraM Chairman, Hon. Winjobi Taofeeq.

The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss strategies for deeper grassroots engagement, improved organisational synergy, and broader mobilisation efforts within the APC structure across Osun State. Hon. Okedara commended the Osun CAGraM for its dedication and reaffirmed the Southwest leadership’s commitment to supporting the state chapter.

According to participants, the session was highly constructive, cordial, and fruitful, laying the foundation for enhanced cooperation between CAGraM and the APC leadership at both state and zonal levels.

The visit concluded with a renewed sense of unity and purpose as stakeholders expressed optimism about the movement’s growing influence and organisational strength.
