Scam Supreme Court retrial of Gov. Eno, narrative by a native doctor

They lack reliability, are unrealistic, confusing, low-quality, and frankly worthless from a stagnant mind.

I look forward to reading something valuable from you; on that day, I will honour your ancestors by slaughtering a cow and making offerings, as you have repeatedly showcased your foolishness to the world, bringing them more embarrassment than pride.

It is evident to me that you do not possess enough understanding to realize that even if this case is presented to the Supreme Court multiple times, the decision will remain consistent.

The authorities responsible for making judgments on certificate forgery are straightforward:they consist of the issuing bodies.

I would have danced with you under the moon if you had informed me that the West African Examinations Council (WAEC), is prepared to go to court and retract their previous statement claiming that Governor Umo Eno’s certificates are authentic copies or that Pastor Umo Eno never took their exam.

You have further immersed the acquired knowledge in a quagmire of ignorance, as you failed to inform everyone that the Vice Chancellor of the University of Uyo appeared on Channels Television and declared his willingness to present himself before the Supreme Court, contradicting previous false statements about the Governor’s graduation from the esteemed institution.

Remember, the moment of truth arrived during the 29th and 30th combined convocation at the University of Uyo, where Governor Umo Eno received a Doctor of Administration degree from the Department of Public Administration, bringing an end to your false allegations.

This achievement has dispelled many of the insults spread by his detractors, who sought to tarnish his reputation through malicious politics.

Unless these issuance authorities are willing to renounce their earlier declaration in front of the honorable court, nothing will alter the grounds for judgment, and the Supreme Court will uphold its previous decision.

A retrial is a new trial of a case to re-examine some or all of the matters from the concluded trial.

A party files a motion for a new trial, and a court may grant a retrial if there was a significant error of law, a verdict going against the weight of the evidence, irregularity in the court proceeding, jury or prosecutorial misconduct, newly discovered material evidence, or improper damages or the star witnesses have returned to court says he witnessed under falsehood and wish to retrieve his earlier Statement.

So, tell me, what are the grounds for this secret retrial? Are you just writing to seek attention? Or you are still dreaming that your highest bidder can remove Governor Umo Bassey Eno from office? Tell him to try the House of Assembly and leave the Supreme Court.

But Let me further educate you that the Governor is protected by the Immunity clause of the 1999 Nigerian Constitution that protects the office of the President, Vice President, Governor, and Deputy Governor from prosecution.

Pursuing criminal prosecution against Governor Umo Eno at this time is simply a diversion that does not affect his tenure.

The House of Assembly can only remove Governor Umo Eno if they find him unstable and incompetent to manage the State, along with evidence of misconduct.

Chapter 6, part 2, section 188 of the Nigerian Constitution grants the State House of Assembly the authority to remove a Governor or Deputy Governor.

This is initiated once one-third of members of the House sign in writing alleging gross misconduct by the Governor. The Speaker will then notify the Governor with the said documents within seven days and ask him to reply to the allegations.

The officeholder will send a response to all members of the State House of Assembly; if the assembly members find his reply unsatisfactory, they will move forward with impeachment proceedings.

The desire to see Governor Umo Eno removed reflects an unrealistic dream, and I think this should prompt you to seek immediate medical advice regarding your mental health.

Quit discussing a topic that has already been resolved long ago.

It’s quite amusing that you would assume the position of the sole advocate for the Supreme Court to reveal their secret regarding the retrial of Governor Umo Eno’s forgery case.

You also stated that Governor Umo Eno will join the APC soon, but this seems like another Halloween-related delusion from you.

During the recent Stakeholders meeting, the Governor of Akwa Ibom State firmly stated that he would not switch to another political party and would continue with his membership in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Currently, no sensible politician from Akwa Ibom State would consider joining a political party like APC in the state.

The more divided party, fueled by hatred among its members, lacks a framework for collaboration, with everyone battling against one another.

Why would a man with a Ph.D. in Political Science leave a well-established party like the PDP for one that lacks visible structure in the state?

For the past 26 years, the Peoples Democratic Party has been the only political party recognized by the people of Akwa Ibom and has been shaping the state into a destination of choice.

How can Pastor Umo Eno, who rides a healthy horse, abandon it and mount a sick donkey?

Consider thinking more clearly for a change; I suggest you visit the Mountain of Fire Ministry to free yourself from a mindset of cowardice.

On a final note, please avoid causing your father to regret his investment in your education. Exercise some level of wisdom because, of late, you have been acting like a half-witted child.
