Multiple award-winning investigative journalist, Juliana Ebere Francis, has been formally recognised with The Mirror Newspaper Excellence Award for Heroes of Our Time in acknowledgement of her unwavering commitment to journalism, media integrity, and public enlightenment.

The award, presented by The Mirror Newspaper, celebrates individuals whose contributions have significantly impacted society. Ms. Francis’s career, spanning more than two decades, has been defined by courage, ethical reporting, and dedication to giving a voice to the voiceless.

A graduate of the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Juliana began her career in 2002 with The Sun Newspaper. Over the years, she has expanded her influence as the publisher of Security News Alert and as a mentor, media consultant, and trainer.

The award ceremony is scheduled for 23rd April, 2026, at the LCCI Conference & Exhibition Centre, Ikeja, Lagos, bringing together distinguished personalities from across Nigeria to celebrate excellence in journalism and public service.
