Stanley Ihedigbo
Messe Essen will once again become the international meeting point for the horticultural industry when IPM ESSEN opens its doors for the 41st time from January 28 to 31, 2025.
A major highlight awaits the green retail sector: the IPM Discovery Center, a special area for creative POS concepts, will debut in Hall 5.
Designed by creative director Romeo Sommers and built by the de Haan Group, the 400-square-meter exhibition space showcases how retailers can present and sell plants in a modern, environmentally friendly way.
The IPM Discovery Center focuses on sustainability and experience-driven retail, demonstrating how companies can respond to the growing demand for eco-conscious and customer-centric shopping experiences.
Visitors can explore the IPM Discovery Center independently or join a guided tour with Romeo Sommers.
The European Floral Suppliers Association (EFSA) will also be represented in Hall 5, with an EFSA Lounge and exhibits from EFSA members.
Other participating companies include Air so Pure, Kahler, Hackboe, Seed2Soil, and Haymarket Media.
The IPM Discovery Center will also feature a glass podcast studio, where industry personalities will discuss current topics on the official IPM ESSEN podcast, “From the Greenhouse”.
