Heirs Energies leadership forum to chart course for Nigeria’s oil production growth

Heirs Energies, Africa’s leading indigenous energy company, is set to host the 2025 Heirs Energies Leadership Forum: Industry Leaders Discourse (ILD) on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at the Transcorp Hilton, Abuja.

The forum aims to bring together government decision-makers, global energy CEOs, and sector pioneers to develop strategies for accelerating Nigeria’s oil production growth.

The event, themed “Nigeria’s Oil Production Growth Roadmap – Acceleration Imperatives,” will feature distinguished speakers, including Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Oil), Sen. Heineken Lokpobiri, and Chief Commission Executive, Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), Engr. Gbenga Komolafe.

With Nigeria targeting oil production of 2.1 million barrels per day (bpd) by 2025 and 2.7 million bpd by 2027, the discussion will focus on addressing critical industry challenges and exploring opportunities for innovation and local industry leadership.
