General Overseer, Jehovah Eye Salvation Ministry, Prophet Godwin Ikuru who prophesied Senator Monday Okpebholo’s victory, in the Edo State governorship election, advised the opposition parties not to go to court and waste their money because heaven confirmed him to be the next governor.

Speaking at  a conference in Lagos, the Man of God, asserted that Okpebholo’s win was divine and not the result of rigging.

He noted that Edo State  governorship election has come and gone, but disputes over its legitimacy persist.

“The opposition claims the election was rigged in favor of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) party, while we in  APC maintains it was free and fair.

“I was with him throughout the electoral process,” Prophet Ikuru stated. “God had already arranged his victory; nobody aided him”, he emphasized.

He also praised Okpebholo’s commitment to genuinely serving the people of Edo state, unlike typical politicians who have made numerous failed promises.

Prophet Ikuru revealed that he and Okpebholo had extensive discussions before and after the election, during which the governor-elect vowed not to disappoint the people.

“He looked directly into my eyes and promised me wholeheartedly that he won’t disappoint everyone who believes in him,” he stressed.

Ikuru reiterated that he’s a prophet that stands for the truth and should Okpebholo decide to disappoint him by refusing to keep to his promises, he would have him to contend with.
