A tragic accident at Ayetoro Market has left Epe Federal Constituency in mourning, with several lives lost.
Executive Chairman of Ikosi-Ejinrin Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Akogun Wale Anomo, has expressed his deep sadness and condolences to the families of the victims.
In a statement, Anomo said, “Today is a somber day for us in Epe Federal Constituency as we mourn the tragic loss of lives in the accident that occurred at Ayetoro Market.
I am deeply saddened by this event and pray that we never experience such a tragedy again.”
Anomo also extended his sympathies to Chairperson of Epe Local Government, Princess Surah Olayemi Animashaun, and assured that his council would provide necessary support to ensure those affected receive the best medical attention.
He emphasized the importance of road safety, urging drivers to exercise caution, avoid driving under the influence, and obey traffic rules.
“May we never witness such a tragedy again,” he concluded.
