CAGrAM unveils proposed 10 million march with voter cards during visit to Women Affairs Minister

In a strategic engagement with the Honourable Minister of Women Affairs, Hajiya Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim, leadership of the Consolidated APC Grassroots Movement (CAGrAM), led by its National Chairman, Hon. Faisal Lawal Haladu, unveiled its bold proposal for a 10 Million March With Voter Cards, signaling one of the largest grassroots mobilization efforts in the country.

The visit formed part of ongoing engagements aimed at consolidating national grassroots mobilization efforts in alignment with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

The delegation was headed by the Deputy National Chairman (South), Dr. Steven Bamidele Agbi, and included the Assistant National Chairman (Southwest), Alhaja Karimot Akinpelu, along with the National Director of Logistics, Mr. Rasheed Ishola Salawudeen.

During the meeting, both parties held extensive discussions on strategic collaboration, particularly in the areas of community empowerment, civic participation, gender inclusion, and national integration.

The Honourable Minister commended CAGrAM for its organizational strength, national spread, and unwavering dedication to strengthening democratic structures at the grassroots level.

A major highlight of the engagement was the presentation of CAGrAM’s agenda for the upcoming National Grassroots Mobilization Summit 2025, which will bring together stakeholders from across the 36 states and the FCT to advance citizen participation in governance.

The Proposed 10 Million March With Voter Cards, designed to mobilize millions of registered voters across the federation.

The march aimed to demonstrate massive grassroots support for: President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Second Term Bid, Governor Dikko Radda’s 4+4 = 8 Mandate (2023–2031), and All APC Governors and Aspirants Nationwide.

According to the CAGrAM leadership, the initiative will serve as a unifying force for party supporters while reinforcing the movement’s commitment to strengthening Nigeria’s democratic process through active and responsible citizenship.

In her remarks, the Honourable Minister of Women Affairs applauded CAGrAM’s vision and emphasized the Ministry’s readiness to work closely with credible grassroots structures to advance national cohesion, women’s empowerment, and community development.

The meeting concluded with a renewed pledge of partnership between CAGrAM and the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs, particularly in the buildup to the 2025 National Grassroots Mobilization Summit, where both organizations are expected to collaborate on key national engagement programs.
