Brila media debunks allegations of funds diversion, invoice fabrication, to tune of N150m

Brila Media has debunked allegations of diversion of funds and invoice fabrication to the tune of N150 million.

According to the media organization, these allegations are part of an ill-intentioned and orchestrated campaign of calumny by a few individuals who are engaged in certain criminal activities during their engagement with Brila Media.

The organization revealed that upon discovery of the criminal activities, which included diversion of funds, pass-off, invoice fabrication, receipt of payments, and system manipulation, the matter was referred to the appropriate authority.

Subsequently, suspects have been invited by law enforcement agents, interrogated, and confessions made.

Surprisingly, some of the key actors connected to these devious and insidious activities have been engaged in digital vilification, orchestrating a netizen mob against Brila Media and its founder, Dr. Larry Izamoje, to blackmail the company and project it as insensitive and anti-employee.

Brila Media has reassured its business partners, listeners, and fans that it remains committed to professionalism, corporate governance, and value creation that benefits its stakeholders, including its employees.

The organization has also stated that it will not condone criminality and will reveal the indicted members of the criminal gang as soon as it is appropriate to do so.
