Anambra Police arrest suspect on wanted list, recover firearm in breakthrough

Anambra State Police Command Operatives attached to Rapid Response squad, Awkuzu, acting on credible intelligence, arrested one Kingsley Eze, male, 34, in Abagana.

According to the Police Public Relations Officer, Anambra State Police Command, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, the suspect has been on the Police wanted list for alleged involvement in armed robbery.

During the arrest, one Magnum Pump Action gun, along with twelve (12) live cartridges, was recovered from him.

The suspect is currently in custody, undergoing interrogation, and will be charged in court upon the conclusion of the investigation.
