Abia State Government unveils plans to boost education, healthcare, infrastructure in 2025

Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, has unveiled his administration’s development agenda for 2025.
In his New Year message, Gov. Otti outlined his vision for the state, focusing on education, healthcare, infrastructure, and economic development.
The governor announced plans to commit 35% of the state’s budget to education and healthcare, with a focus on renovating primary healthcare centers and upgrading the state’s educational infrastructure.
Gov. Otti also emphasized his administration’s commitment to security, social welfare, and economic empowerment.
He announced plans to support small businesses, artisans, and farmers, as well as initiatives to promote tourism and cultural development.
The governor urged citizens to remain optimistic and committed to the state’s development, despite the challenges posed by global economic uncertainty.
