N200m offer to frame Akpabio: Prof. Mgbeke exposes Natasha

Our Reporter

Nigerian-US-based famous Facebook sensation and activist, Dr. Sandra Duru, widely known as Prof Mgbeke Duru, has made a shocking revelation about Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, alleging that she offered her N200 million to accuse Senate President Godswill Akpabio of organ harvesting.

According to Prof. Mgbeke, Natasha’s proposal was linked to a young girl’s death a few years ago, which Natasha allegedly tried to use to frame Akpabio when she couldn’t make progress with her sexual harassment allegations.

Duru, in a live Facebook session, shared her private telephone chats between her and suspended Senator Natasha, to disprove the claims by the latter that they had never spoken before.

The activist, who reeled out some of the evidence of their convos between her and the estranged lawmaker, gave fresh insights on what may be a prelude to the much-hyped sexual harassment allegation against Senator Akpabio

While exposing call logs and conversations to debunk Natasha’s claim that she had never spoken to her before, Prof. Mgbeke alleged that Natasha offered her N200 million to accuse the Senate President of organ harvesting, linking him with the death of a young girl who died a few years ago when she wasn’t getting anywhere with her sexual harassment allegation.

She therefore called on international security agencies, which she had petitioned, the IPU and the Nigeria Police Force to probe Natasha’s allegations and what she claimed to know about the murder of Umoren, having kept mute for years before coming out to accuse Akpabio.

The activist and journalist, in her one hour, eight minutes live broadcast, claimed that Natasha was out to destroy men, insisting that the suspended Senator had revealed she had no evidence of harassment against Akpabio.

“One, there is no sexual harassment of any kind, two, there is no evidence of organ harvesting. I told Natasha, you are a pathological liar, you have disgraced us Nigerians. She said Nigerians were G and H – ‘Gullible and Hungry’ and you want to add to their problems?

“I told her to make peace with the Senate members but she insisted that they want to destroy the Yoruba government, I don’t know what she meant by that.

“A lawyer that is very lousy and careless in her utterances. Natasha is not teachable, Natasha lacks humility, Natasha lacks moral values, she does not care. If it doesn’t go Natasha’s way, you are her enemy. Natasha is on a mission to destroy men… I cannot watch her destroy our men, I cannot watch her destroy our sons, I cannot watch her destroy our girls who are following her blindly. She called Dr Oby Ezekwesili a useful idiot,” Duru revealed.

She added: “The Nigerian Police should handle the case of Natasha and her false allegations. She said she wants to force the Senate President to step down so that they will have their way to remove what they call the Yoruba government.

“Umoren died in 2021. An autopsy was done and there was no organ harvesting.

“I already wrote the international agencies about a senator who claimed to have known something about the murder of a young lady and she kept it to herself. She must explain what she knows about the death.

“She said the reason for the fight was not really about the Senate President but it is about the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, that they don’t want Yoruba government to go beyond four years. She said no sexual harassment evidence of any kind,” Duru insisted.

The media scientist claimed Natasha expressed anger over the Senate hearing not going as planned despite allegedly paying influential voices like activist Oby Ezekwesili and media outlets like Arise TV. Natasha reportedly labeled her allies “useful idiots” and expressed frustration that their performances had not met expectations.

Duru further alleged that Natasha told her the Nigerian public was gullible and hungry (Q & H), easily manipulated by media narratives, adding that the senator attempted to rope her into writing letters to international bodies including the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) and United Nation (UN) in support of her claims. Natasha later deleted messages from her chats with Duru, unaware that the content had already been saved.

One of the most shocking claims was Natasha’s alleged admission that since the sexual harassment angle wasn’t gaining traction, she was prepared to switch to another narrative—accusing Akpabio of organ harvesting. Duru said she demanded evidence, which Natasha failed to provide, leading her to conclude that the entire scheme was a political hit job.

In a sharp response to the satirical apology Natasha tendered to Akpabio—published by Punch on April 27, 2025—Duru described the senator as a “serial liar” and the apology as “a desperate attempt to evade the truth.” Natasha’s apology, which read more like political theatre than genuine contrition, has been interpreted by many as a refusal to fully retract her claims.

Duru vowed to release more damning evidence, including edited audio recordings, screenshots of messages, and partial phone numbers, as she works with security agencies. “This is HOLE CHASE-OUT,” she wrote in a Facebook post, hinting at an upcoming exposé that could implicate top political figures allegedly bankrolling Natasha’s agenda.

The recordings, which allegedly feature Natasha plotting with a powerful political figure and admitting that Akpabio never harassed her, contradict her public statements made during a February 28, 2025 interview with Arise TV. In that broadcast, Natasha claimed Akpabio held her hand and propositioned her during a December 8, 2023 visit—an allegation Akpabio has repeatedly denied.

The ongoing saga is further stirred by the release of Prof Mgbeke’s audio files both to security agencies and the public could be the final blow to what some are now calling the biggest political hoax of 2025.
