Sabreworks Real Estate Investment Limited has announced a strategic mortgage partnership with Nigerian Building and Investment Company (NBIC), Imperial Homes Mortgage Bank and Abbey Mortgage Bank to make homeownership more accessible to Nigerians seeking to acquire units at Oranje Apartments in Lekki-Ajah, Lagos.
The initiative is aimed at addressing one of the major challenges confronting prospective homeowners in Nigeria: access to affordable and structured property financing.
Under the arrangement, prospective buyers of Oranje Apartments can explore mortgage financing options through the three partner institutions, subject to their respective eligibility requirements and lending terms.
Units at Oranje Apartments are currently priced at ₦130 million, but Sabreworks said a limited-time launch promotion has reduced the price to ₦110 million, representing a ₦20 million saving for eligible buyers who take advantage of the offer before it expires.
Located within the Atlantic Nominee Estate in the Lekki-Ajah corridor of Lagos, Oranje Apartments is positioned as a premium residential development offering access to an area experiencing significant infrastructural and commercial growth.
The Lekki-Ajah axis has continued to attract residents, investors and businesses, driven by expanding infrastructure and increasing demand for residential and commercial properties.
‘Owning a Home Should Not Be a Privilege’
Speaking on the mortgage partnership, Director of Sales at Sabreworks Real Estate Investment Limited, Davidson Ikpefuran, said the initiative was designed to reduce the financial barriers facing Nigerians seeking quality housing.
He said, “Owning a home should not be a privilege reserved for a few. By working with NBIC, Imperial Homes and Abbey Mortgage Bank, we are removing one of the biggest obstacles standing between hardworking Nigerians and a property like Oranje Apartments.”
Ikpefuran added that the combination of the launch promotion and mortgage financing provides prospective buyers with an opportunity to acquire a unit without having to raise the entire purchase price upfront.
“With the launch promo bringing units down to ₦110 million and flexible mortgage financing now available, this is one of the most accessible entry points we’ve offered for a property of this calibre,” he said.
Mortgage Options Available to Buyers
According to the company, interested buyers can secure a unit at the promotional price of ₦110 million while the offer lasts and apply for financing through any of the three partner mortgage institutions, subject to eligibility.
The mortgage arrangement allows qualified buyers to spread repayment over an agreed tenor rather than paying the full purchase price as a lump sum.
Sabreworks said prospective buyers would also receive guidance throughout the mortgage application process, including documentation and disbursement procedures.
The company described the initiative as part of its broader strategy to expand access to quality housing across its real estate portfolio, with Oranje Apartments serving as one of its flagship offerings.
Prospective buyers seeking information on eligibility requirements, mortgage options, payment structures and application procedures have been advised to contact the Sabreworks sales team on +234 902 276 7698 or +234 812 314 7657.
