NACA 2027 movement appeals to President Tinubu to name Ajayi as Ambassador to Germany

Coordinator of the NACA 2027 Movement, Rev. Stanley Ihedigbo, has called on President Bola Tinubu to nominate, Lagos West Senatorial Aspiring and All Progressive Congress (APC), Chieftain, High Chief Nicholas Adekunle Chidiebere Ajayi as Nigeria’s Ambassador to Germany, describing him as uniquely qualified due to his formative years, education, and influential connections in the European nation.

Speaking in a press conference in Lagos, Ihedigbo stated that Ajayi’s background, education, long-term relationships, and influential networks in Germany position him as a natural “high ambassador” of Nigeria—whether officially appointed or not.

According to him, Ajayi spent his formative years in Germany, attended school there, and cultivated deep relationships across social, political, and business circles.

These ties, he said, place Ajayi in a unique position to strengthen Nigeria’s diplomatic and economic interests in Europe.

“High Chief Ajayi is more than a statesman; he is a bridge between Nigeria and Germany,” Ihedigbo said.

“He grew up there, studied there, and built powerful friendships and connections that Nigeria can greatly benefit from.

He should be considered a high ambassador of our nation.”

He noted that in a globalized world, leaders who possess international networks are invaluable to national development, especially in key areas such as investment attraction, trade facilitation, youth empowerment, and technology collaboration.

He further stated that Ajayi’s European exposure, combined with his grassroots influence in Lagos West, makes him a rare blend of global experience and local relevance—an asset he believes should be leveraged ahead of the 2027 elections.

High Chief Ajayi, a prominent APC chieftain, has been actively consulting stakeholders, strengthening alliances, and engaging leaders across Lagos West as part of his senatorial bid.

His supporters describe him as a unifier, strategist, and development-focused leader with a passion for national rebuilding.

Ihedigbo emphasized that Nigeria’s democracy and diplomacy need individuals like Ajayi, who can drive international partnerships while maintaining strong political roots at home.

“Countries move forward when leaders with global exposure bring their experience home,” he said.

“Ajayi understands Nigeria deeply, but he also understands the world. That combination is rare and should be treasured.”

As political activities intensify ahead of the 2027 elections, Rev. Ihedigbo’s endorsement is seen by observers as another significant boost for Ajayi, whose growing support base continues to expand across political, religious, and diaspora communities.
